Why should students be able to access all teachers’ schedules on veracross?

Students should be able to access their teachers’ seven day schedules. It is frustrating to go to each teacher’s schoology and go into the folders just to find that one teacher didn’t post their schedule. Or we have to walk all the way to their classroom hoping that their schedule is there. If a student still can’t find the teacher’s schedule they have to go and ask and that is an awkward conversation. 

We are encouraged to meet with teachers to talk about work. While some teachers post their schedules not all do and it is usually the schedule you need that is not posted. Teachers have access to fellow teachers schedules to schedule meetings so we should have the same.

School schedules don’t divulge private information so there is no reason they shouldn’t give the schedules.
