Sophomore Brandon Acosta is practicing his basketball skills on the middle school basketball court. He is working on his layup. Brandon makes a flagrant jump into the air before perfectly swishing the ball into the hoop. "I like basketball," Brandon says.

To end the school year, various Hackley students submit their work to the art show, which is located in the Creative Center for Arts and Technology. Throughout the year, students have created charcoal drawings, clay sculptures, photo collages, and more.

Students are spotted in the lounge relaxing and getting their work done or gaming. Students feel comfy and happy in the lounge, due to the comfortable seating. It is a very common place to find your friends sitting at.
